Brenne, proposes an exceptional environment, where Flore and Fauna
open out in full freedom. In the sector of the "Thousand Ponds" of
Brenne, you will discover, in a medium protected and composed of moors
meadows forests and ponds, far from the urban zones and from great
output, a number impressing of species of birds, nearly 270, which
find, in Brenne, refuge and food, during their life or of their migration.
The area of Brenne is also favourable with their reproduction, not
of honor and pride for the area. Among the various species seen in
Brenne, it is wise to mention the Black-headed gull, Héron ashed,
purple Héron Grèbe with the black neck, the Large bittern,
Guiffette moustac, Circaète Jean the White (eagle of 1.80 m
envergure), and a multitude of duck species (the green Collar, the
Shoveler duck with spatulé nozzle, Miloin) among so much of
other interesting tenants of Brenne.
